Material Procurement
Materials are ordered to match the project schedule - not front-loaded and stored on site when space is limited. We coordinate delivery timing with your site logistics.
Framing
Metal stud framing is installed per architectural drawings. Track, stud, and header spacing is confirmed per structural requirements. Fire-rated and sound-rated assemblies are built to published tested assembly specifications.
Hang and Board
Drywall is hung per the specified board type and thickness. Fastener pattern, joint placement, and board orientation follow commercial finishing standards.
Finish
Tape, joint compound, and finish are applied to the specified level. Level 5 skim coat is applied where required for high-gloss or architectural painted surfaces.
